Design and produce an inexpensive, quality 4-channel EEG amplifier

BTI produces and sells integrated packages of hardware, software and training in the area of brain training using EEG for assessment and changing brain patterns. We sell around the world with our own software for assessment/training planning and training. We need a cost-effective 4-channel EEG amp that could be produced in smaller lots in multiple countries to minimize the excessive costs of customs duties.
