Need an electronic prototype built -- 2

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PART TIME 20 HOURS PER WEEK POSITION. I am looking to find an electrical engineer willing to work on an exciting new product development project and sharing their respective input and opinions to help shape the development of creating the first minimum viable product. I am looking to hire an electrical engineer, specifically with knowledge or experience in working with circuit boards and know how to source those items on the market to purchase is a plus! Although pivots and changes to original ideas are especially true for startups in the early development stage, the goal as a team will be to communicate with each other through meetings to come up with a "flexible plan" to develop the first minimum viable product. I am the sole person in what is a very early stage startup just beginning to gather a small team of creative professionals looking to help create the first minimum viable product of a concept looking to help individuals achieve more goals in their life. Assess our company's product goals and translate them into EE specifications Schematic design and component selection PCB and Layout design Hardware design knowledge Microcrontroller and Firmware programming Circuit board prototyping, assembly and testing Planning and troubleshooting issues Knowledge of declining timers (PLUS) Used 7 segment screens before (PLUS) Requirements Qualities and Skills: Electrical aptitude and knowledge of acceptable practices and techniques In depth knowledge and experience with Electrical product design including PCB design, analog electronics, digital electronics, RF and electronics manufacturing Ability to quickly assess a situation and take appropriate action
