Help Migrate Old E-Mail Address to New Domain

I have a company with 5 employees including my own e-mail addresses @mcnultycw.com. We moved to a new domain - [login to view URL], but it's important that we keep these original e-mail addresses. Unfortunately I believe the @[login to view URL] addresses were made by our old host when we made the site at his site. I can still send e-mails from my mac and my phone and people receive them but anyone who sends me e-mails gets rejected. I need someone to fix this for me.
