My brief profile are here_ Hi i am design engineer having more than 10 years of experience in 3Ddesigning and 2D-detailing of heavy fabrication equipments & closely toleranced precision components used in Hydro-Turbine, Steel plants, Cement plants, Power plants and earth moving construction equipments. I completed more than 50 projects of 3D Detail design. I also worked on various house floor plans of many projects. I have deeply exposure on Autocad, Inventor, Solidworks, Solidedge, Creo softwares. I worked on Mechanical Design calculations used in industry for sizing calculation and as per standard guidelines.

Instead of designing a special machine just for threading. You can use just a simple drilling and drill it with using a fixture. it will also increase your total production and save your money. If you have simple drilling machine and then i can design you a fixture which you can use it for continuous production.
