Help with identifying a project assistant.

The project is mostly practical mechanical engineering using traditional machine tools, and the person must work here with me in Ireland. We operate a small farm, and the individual will be expected to take part in the farming activities too. Accommodation will be provided plus a baseline maintenance payment. I am looking for a person who can also teach me the basics of the Russian language. I need someone who is a native Russian speaker, with strong practical skills, and a flexible approach.
