We do design using 3D modeling softwares, PCB design tools, etc and simulations of design using various techniques like FEM/FEA, CFD, explicit dynamics, custom programming, etc. In past we have designed complete products like variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few with microcontroller based sensors and controllers.
