Hello, as you may see from my previous feedback on Freelancer, I have lot of experience in programming with Microchip controllers. On Freelancer I have been working on 32 bit controllers ( of the PIC32MX and PIC32MZ families) using C and Harmony (without an OS). But I have also experience in working in Assembly on 8 bit Microchip controllers. Of course I would need more details ( for example which micro controller you intend to use, from which peripheral the boot loader should load the image and so on ... ), But I definitely I think I can help with your project.
