My name is Albert Panis, 30 years of age. I took up a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
I've been working at home for almost 8 years and 4 years in the BPO industry.
I'd been a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support for almost 5 years, handled different accounts such as:
1. RCN (Regional Communication Network) - assisting customers when it comes to their cable, internet and phone, processing payments ang troubleshooting
o2. Digital River for Ebay - processing orders online, payments and upselling.
3. Red Pocket Mobile - processing orders over the phone, payments and troubleshooting.
4. Frontier Airlines - booking flights, updating itinerary, rescheduling and processing payments.
5. North Coast Auto Mall (work from home) - providing details for specific vehicles that the customers are inquiring, setting appointments and updating CRM's.
I was also a Telemarketer, Appointment Setter for Sales, Lead Generation, Real Estate, Data Entry, and Virtual Assistant.
I have extensive experience with Office Management, Call Center Campaigns and Data Management Projects as a Project Manager before with Telemarketing Group Manila and a Hiring Manager and a Trainer from Teem Corp Plus Company.
