Image Representative Critiera

We are looking for: English speaker who has logical skills and would be able to evaluate the images which has to be either food or drink related. You will be given a query and an image. You will be asked to evaluate how representative or relevant the image is of that query on the scale below. A very relevant image displays the query (food or drink) in the most iconic way possible. If you use Google Search to determine your rating, limit to the first 100 images. Expectations: - Expected time/question - >50 & <70 seconds per question - Quality Expectation - 95%+ (Based on a sample of 3%) - Budget - $1.5-$2/hour (Average time/question should not exceed 70 seconds and to be > 50 seconds) - Special Bonus - After successful completion of all the milestones by achieving the above metrics you are eligible for a bonus amount of $5(one-time payment) - In total there will be milestones and eligibility to qualify for the next milestone depends on the quality & average handling time achievement. For e.g. if in Milestone 1 you achieve the quality of 90% vs 95% target, you will not be awarded the next milestone. Training Process: Psychometric Test : 10-15 min [Qualifier] Qualification Test : 10-15 min [2 attempts, 95% is the qualifier] Classroom Session : 1 hrs [Query session] Training Queue Qualification : 30 mins [95% Quality is the qualifier] Post Qualification of training queue a FL will be eligible to work on the actual task and the milestone will be created and the payment will be made post successful achievement of the milestone. Representativeness rating scale: Representative: This image is correct for the entity, and it depicts one of the most canonical and evocative aspects of the entity. To meet the ‘representative’ scale, images should meet the criteria listed in slides 3-9. Not Representative: All other images that do not meet the ‘representative’ rating. Interface of the tool: - Numbers/annotation will be actively tracked - Total time spent on the tool will be captured Checklist: - Tech Mahindra NDA Signed (This will be issued later in the project) - Passed Initial annotation Review Milestones and deadlines: - Deadline: 10th August - The project will be open until 12th June 2023, at which point all work must stop and the project will be closed, not matter where you are in the annotation process (unless we specify otherwise during the project) - The project will take on phases per freelancer, each freelancer will need to complete their current milestone before moving onto the next milestone, attempting to complete the milestones before the deadline. (You will be assessed on your current milestone, and will only receive a new milestone if you are successful in the current milestone) All milestones will be released upon completion of mentioned hours with the required number of annotations.
