Our android app is visited by more than 100,000 users daily. The app has a dedicated built-in helpline which allows our growing user base to interact with us. We receive few queries, feedback, suggestions from our growing user base and need someone to track and respond to these. This helps us maintain customer engagement, and increase the lifetime value of each customer. Skills - Strong communication skills, and strong grasp on Marathi language and English grammar is a must. Should also know Marathi well. Remuneration - INR 12,000 - INR 15,000 / month
