As a Customer Service Chat Representative, you'll help customers (art buyers) and artists navigating on our website, advise them in the art buying process, and answer their questions. You just need to enjoy helping artlovers and building connections with customers to generate sales - we'll train you on the rest! Working hours will be between 8PM and 11PM (during week) + 8PM and 11:30AM (on weekends) (UTC+3). In this position, Singulart is offering to start you at a pay rate of USD 250 per month. As part of your compensation, we're also offering monthly bonuses up to USD 150 for good performance. Requirements: - Fluency in English - Excellent communication skills - Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality - Experience in the commercial art world is beneficial but not required The job involves working remotely and is a freelance position, so it requires a high-level of independence and motivation.
