Hello from Poland. I'm a native Polish speaker, bi-lingual, studied IT in the UK. Lots of experience in both translations and IT field. I do translate manually at ease and not silly or robotic style (you just nailed it). I also have keen eye for detail and generally high-level language skills (broad vocabulary, proper use of idioms, speed-reading, etc.) so I can deliver reach translations. Nothing is too hard for me - I dealt with philosophy-related book, by some famous author, just recently to give you an example. And I always do a proper research while working on the translation. As for the email/messanger support part - yes, that's another thing I can see my fit for. I used to do support job in the past, processed at least 3k emails in the process... I know most of the rules, possible issues with customers, the methods of addressing them, proper language, etc. so I guess I would be able to adjust to your standards after some initial training.
