Access to EMIS or other financial database CEE/Romania

We are looking for a freelancer who has access to EMIS or another financial database for Central and Eastern Europe and/or Romania.
We have an excel list of ~380 companies in Romania, for which we are looking for first name, last name and email address for i) majority shareholder or ii) CEO.
This list is 2/3 completed by another freelancer with data from Google/ Linkedin but we want to i) double-check the 2/3 completed part with a reputable source (EMIS/other reputable databases) and ii) complete the rest of 1/3 contacts from the same reputable source.
We provide the excel list and expect this done in 24h after contracting on Upwork (we need it on Tuesday).
Please mention in your bid the name of database you have access to.
