Hi, I had created excel utility to generate NACHA, SWIFT(one format) and GFF(Global File Format) files for my last employer - 3yrs back. (Zen Test Labs Pvt Ltd, India. This is software testing company specialized in banking domain.) The utility was to accept user's input in a form (manual input) and then convert in to specific file. (Doesn't convert from CSV to SWIFT)
The utility is with the said company and if you choose, you may contact them to check if they have maintained it and are they willing to sale it.

I know how to read file specification document. I know the terms like file header record, file closer records, checksum number etc.
I have checked a specification document of Rabobank.
Some questions:
1. Will every CSV file contain details of one account at a time or of one customer with multiple accounts?
2. In statement record(:61:) the length of 'Debit/Credit' is 2. But in CSV example, the type has values like - CHGS, F/FLOW, BGC, D/D, CHQ, INT, S/O etc. We will need list of all such possible types and their conversion to any of C, D, RC, RD. Or should I derive it from amount being in Payments column or in Receipts column?
3. How do want to handle Narrative? The 'Description' (:86:) record has max length of 65 but some narratives in example has 90+ length!
I have adequate Excel and VBA programming knowledge and experience to create this utility for you.
