Create an Software Which Communicates With TD Ameritrade API For Trade Execution

Hi, I like to know how much will you charge for writing a software which communicates to TD Ameritrade API for entering or adjusting an options trade position. Prior to execution of the trade, the software has to ascertain that the position is there so double execution or negative execution will not occur. For example, the user has the following open position which is a Iron Butterfly: +10 PUT 880 -10 PUT 930 -10 CALL 930 +10 CALL 980 The adjustment is to move the CALL vertical spreads out 50 points so it becomes an Iron Condor with the following orders. +10 CALL 930 -20 CALL 980 +10 CALL 1030 The final position will be the Iron Condor as follows: +10 PUT 880 -10 PUT 930 -10 CALL 980 +10 CALL 1030 So the software has to do the following: 1. Check the original Iron Butterfly position is there. If the position is not there or if the position is not the same (not 10 Iron Butterfly with strikes +10 PUT 880 / -10 PUT 930 / -10 CALL 930 / +10 CALL 980), the adjustment will not execute. 2. Execute a +10 CALL 930 / -20 CALL 980 / + 10 CALL 1030 which is to buy 10 CALL Butterfly with strikes 930/980/1030 with a limit of $9.50 or market price. 3. To provide the filled individual leg prices back to the software upon successful execution of the trade. 4. The trade can be set at a limit order and let's say it does not get filled by a certain time (say next 30 mins), it changes to market order. The software has to be written in Python or VBA, and I would like to have all the source codes as well as setup instructions for additional add-on packages on the server.
