Hi, I am interested in this project. I am an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler. I would suggest to use MS Project or Primavera P6 for the Gantt Chart and MS Excel for the Manpower Histogram. What will be needed from your side will be the list of Days-off/ non working days(including work timing), List of tasks with durations, resources, and task dependencies. I would assume that the schedule will be fairly high level, It can be completed on the times you have indicated.
