Extract Images by Filename from Folder to Matching Excel Pivot Cells Based on Matching Filename ID

We need Excel expert with programming Macro VB to develop the following requirements for our Excel Inventory Product List to extract images from a folder and place them in the cell that corresponds with the Product ID that contains the same ID in the image filename. We attached sample data and the original Excel without images and the Output Excel how we want it to look like and also the folder with images. If you are expert in Excel Macros and have done this before, contact me we want to make sure to award someone who knows how to do this properly to save me some hours of doing this manual work. Requirements Brief 1 Programing to extract photos from a file and preview in a specific cell in excel 2 After the desired outcome, excel should be editable with the capacity to add/ Remove columns without effeting the images formatting 3 excel should have the option to be saved as xlsx and PDF at least 4 output exce file should be compatible with office 2019 and above (365) 5 Photos should be as per original with no deviation to the aspect ratio even after increasing the width and height of the cell 6 Photos should fall with then the bounderies of the cell and not overlap with the cell borders 7 Photos should have the automatic settings to move and size with sells (Locked) - Screenshot
