harmonizing name of firms manually

In "[login to view URL]," there are 459,903 different names of firms sorted alphabetically (only first half included here due to file size limit). The first column was created from a code to standardize names of firms from multiple data sources. We would like to harmonize the data further manually. For example, "l a county high for the arts" and "l a county high school arts" are effectively the same firms but shown as different. Another example is "l and t tech service" and "l and tech service." Some cases will be not so clear, then use your discretion and make the best guess, or google original firm names if that helps. When you find those cases, go to "[login to view URL]" and enter name to keep and name to change. It could be arbitrary but keep more standard looking name: "l a county high school arts" and "l and tech service" from previous examples. If there are more than two names to change, copy a name to keep twice and list names to change in multiple rows. For uncertain cases, please make a note. Do exactly the same exercise for 116,586 observations in "[login to view URL]" using "revisions_2.xlsx." Quote total time and price and let me know how you will proceed. Any ideas are welcome. I expect to have less five percent of false positive and false negative errors. I will randomly pick cases and check if those were harmonized well, and vice versa before ending the project. I will also have similar projects coming ahead.
