SUMMARY: I need to be able to open a file with a little button, that reads the data and replaces the text on the documents and saves them as new documents. Simple ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a spreadsheet with data, which I modify every week. Data [login to view URL] (sample attached) And 3 files that I need to replace some text from, based on that data sheet. (Also Attached) Doc [login to view URL] Doc [login to view URL] Doc [login to view URL] The text I need to replace is highlighted in these png files attached Doc [login to view URL] Doc [login to view URL] Doc [login to view URL] Output names need to be specific too. DOC 01 is called "Educators’ Reference Sheet" DOC 02 "Poster to Promote A4 size" DOC 03 "Room Sign up Sheets" And the "prefix" (in one of the spreadsheet columns) can be added at the beginning to make a difference between centres. ie "OACB Poster to promote". Output files need to be pdf and all rooms pages (of doc 03, one per room) in one pdf document. Data to be swapped are: FROM DOC 01 and 02 date and an URL FROM DOC 03 Date and some names Now, DOC 03 can be as little as 3 or as many as 10 pages, where the "name" is different in all. Output names need to be specific too.
