I have a semi completed project designed in MS Project and I need someone do some final modifications. You need to start by finding the resources as described in the problem,, allocate and level them on any allocation issues. After the resource leveling, a baseline needs to be established on basis of the four attributes that have been considered in the problem The deliverables will be -a Gantt chart, after leveling, with critical path highlighted. -a network diagram, after leveling -a task entry sheet in excel. I will discuss the project in details, but you need to be really quick as I have a short deadline for this.
