Need Acronym and definition table formatted , sorted alphabetically, duplicates removed and words hyperlinked to letters at the top of table

I have a table of Acronyms and definitions. I need the table formatted , sorted alphabetically, duplicates removed and words hyperlinked to letters at the top of table. I want to be able to click on a letter at the top the page and have it take me to the corresponding letter. Also, I want to click on the word Top and it takes me back to the top of the page where the alphabets ate located. Remove duplicate Acronyms and definitions from the table.
