Quick VBA GREP on text / doc files

If you know VBA for Excel, this one is very easy and probably only will take you 1 hour. We need a quick Find and replace GREP function. It should work on the following files: 1) .TXT 2) .DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLSX 3) .PHP, .HTML (these are straight text files) 4) Basically any filetype that's just plain text (should have the ability to add to a list the different file types) The program would launch from Excel. It would have 5 user inputs: 0) Check boxes of the file types (listed above) which we are looking to replace - default is all checked. 1) Folder picker (launches cmddialog that allows the user to pick a folder, default folder should be in a constant somewhere in the code) 2) string to replace 3) the replacement string 4) Include subfolders check box Hit a button and it asks if you are sure then it goes through each of the file types selected above indicated above and replaces the string in 2) with the string in 3) and does that for every file in the chosen folder. If include subfolders is checked, it will go through each subfolder as well. That's it...it's just replacing ONE text string. This is NOT a sql query, it's a straight TEXT replacement *** it should be able to handle different characters as well such as quotation marks, ampersands, dollarsigns etc. NOTE: ALL the program functionality and logic is located in this description, there is nothing more that will be asked.
