500-1000 Survey Sheets to Excel Spread Sheet

I have the scanned copies of 500-1000 survey sheets which contain 31 questions and its answers written with pen. Most of the questions are yes/no questions and the rest are like country, city, site id, date and time of survey, temperature, age, height, weight, blood pressure measurements(3 measurements with a total of 9 values), BP apparatus manufacturer name. Objective type questions will be provided with drop-down menu in excel sheet itself. Data of each sheet has to filled in a column of excel sheets which already have the survey questions in 31-34 rows. One can try and check their speed and comfort of entering the data to spreadsheet, then decide the number of survey sheets data they can enter in 1 day.
