re-viv is a revolutionary concept in the real estate industry. Based in San Francisco, our mission is simple: to provide profitable investments for our stakeholders while improving the communities we serve.
We are looking for an intermediate/ experienced underwriter who can hit the ground running with limited supervision. We need help with underwriting the following types of deals:
- Value add multi-family assets in the 2 - 10 million ranges
- Co-living (similar to short-term rental + hotels)
For the value-add piece, we have our own pro forma templates and would like feedback in 2-3 day timelines. For larger more in-depth projects our timeline is a little more flexible.
We require experience in the following:
- Excellent excel skills
- Real estate cash flow modeling
- Financial modeling for acquisitions
- Equity Payouts
- Waterfalls
- IRR/ROI analysis
- Financial modeling
- Overall pro forma review/manipulation
We are looking for a great communicator who is happy to receive task instructions over email and slack and can complete deadlines on short notice.
We need someone on an ad-hoc basis, so hours may vary from week to week and when new deals arise. We are looking for someone to start right away.
