We are looking for an experienced office administrator to help organize our electronic files. 1. The project will consist of reviewing existing folder and files 2. Make recommendations on file/folder organization. I.e (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Etc...) 3. After Approval, move folder and files into proper places. This project will lead into other Office Administration Projects (Customer Data cleanup and Bookkeeping ) Must have the ability to be a manager and make suggestions and have be forward thinking. Excellent organization skills.
