I need code to parse [login to view URL] patent bulk data into excel. The bulk data I need to parse weekly can be found here: [login to view URL] I need the patents filtered so that the specification includes microprocessor cpu microcontroller or "micro controller". Also the assignee name needs to match the inventor [login to view URL] the inventor country needs to be usa I need to be able to run the code myself on a weekly basis. The data is similar to xml but it is not exactly so excel will not import the data natively. The data i want in the excel file is the inventor name, city, state and country, assignee name, city, state and country, the patent number and the specification.
