I need an excel spread sheet that takes case address information and organizes it by zip code, neighborhoods, county, etc.
The excel sheet will be designed to have information cut & paste or manually input into a field or multiple fields that will then auto upload onto another tab upon hitting the “open case” button.
The input page will allow input for multiple addresses to be included in a specific case number.
Input Page
The Input will include fields for:
Date Case was opened,
case number,
business/name,
address,
zip,
county,
Priority,
Fieldwork date,
It will have an “open case” button that will submit and organize the info into the different tab categories.
A close case button will remove the information from the active pages and into a “closed cases” tab. This will be done by utilizing the case number. The “closed cases” tab will have a button titled “reopen” that will allow the resubmission of previously entered data back onto an active “open case” status. Another button will have "bad address", when an address is submitted on that it will scan against all the other addresses when a case is opened.
Each tab page will be unique.
One tab for casework by case number,
One tab for casework by case name,
One tab for casework organized by county,
One tab for casework organized by zip code,
One tab for casework by business or name,
One tab for all open cases,
One tab for all closed cases,
One tab for bad addresses,
One final tab for statistics.
Each tab will have a number of how many total cases are in each.
Statistics will have graphs that show the number of open vs closed cases, number of cases closed per month, & number of opened cases per month, and total number of addresses.
