I am Gracielle Emmanuelle Torno from Philippines.
I am a freelance social media manager, and general virtual assistant. I manage my clients’ social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram. The tasks includes managing their emails and calendar. I also work as a freelance English Tutor in Native Camp.
I have a 2 years experienced in handling Social Media Managing, and Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Excel, since I have been managing my own online business for almost 2 years already. I make sure to keep track record of everything that comes and comes in, such as the liabilities, the assets, the expenses, and the losses.
I also worked as a Customer Service Representative. I handled healthcare account, and sales and marketing account. In healthcare account, I ensure to keep track of my clients’ medical record who are under the health insurance that I’m handling, and in sales and marketing account, I ensure to answer the customers’ queries with regards their items, and if they have encountered any problems with our website.
