Hi, Greetings. First i would determine the tasks related to the event. Task List: 1. Resource Management related to the event speech. 2. Find a space for the event, manage event management team if necessary. Make a budget. 3. Make a list of the participants and invite. 4. Make a trip plan. 5. Air ticket, hotel booking. 6. Make arrangement for VISA related issues. First would add the event on an online calendar. Make a ToDoList. Set completion time line for each step.
