I will need to plan different activities: - Like travels plans - Like organising events (finding a space & helping with promotion of the event) - Help organise my week etc I am a full time Master student and also an entrepreneur and have different projects. I am very creative, come up with many ideas and I need somebody to help me with executing them and organising them. For example: First task will be: I want to give a personal development talk in Tokyo - 2 weeks from now, I need a space and I would like at least 100 people to attend. How would you go about organising it?

Hi, Greetings. First i would determine the tasks related to the event. Task List: 1. Resource Management related to the event speech. 2. Find a space for the event, manage event management team if necessary. Make a budget. 3. Make a list of the participants and invite. 4. Make a trip plan. 5. Air ticket, hotel booking. 6. Make arrangement for VISA related issues. First would add the event on an online calendar. Make a ToDoList. Set completion time line for each step. Find appropriate apps related to the event which will let you know which people are going to join. There could be more, just have mentioned few of them. Please let me know if you are interested. How would you go about organizing it? - Before booking a place, need to make sure if the crowd or your target market for your talk is near the area and if the place is accessible to most of them. After confirmation, will be sending an email(inquiry) for the bookings and itineraries. If you approve of everything, will go about on reserving the said venue. Details of the said event will still depend on your requests. After the booking of the venue, everything else will surely follow through once the plan is discussed with the event organizer on the said country.

Hello...I just came across your project and would be very interested in working on it with you. Let me start off by answering to your example, off the top of my head since in reality, this will take enough research ahead. For your event in Tokyo I would: 1. Look up venues that would be suitable for your talk. 2. Make sure your dates are available in those venues. 3. If you have key attendee or guests I would make sure to contact them once we have secured the venue. 4. Research self-improvement social media outlets and websites that influence the target community in Tokyo that would be interested in your talk. 5. Handle the travel options for you to get there and return. 6. If there are no other work-related meetings, I would find you different styles of spare time activities in Tokyo for your stay. My previous experiences include writing articles on various topics, research and technical writing, translation, transcription, and data entry, along with working on various occasions in events planning and as an administrative assistant. This bid is roughly based on your description and budget but, of course, it can be negotiable upon further information about the job or if you have anything else in mind that works best for you. As for the Tokio, my game plan would be like this (of course I guess that I would have enough time to make it happend); - Make a clickfunnel with a short free webinar in return for subscription / to collect leads (something like 10-15 minutes long video of yourself explaining, something broad and usefull in niche “personal development”, put some motivational quotes and highlight few times that if they subscribe for MASTERCLASS in Tokio, date xx.xx.2018, untill the end of webinar, they will get special price discount and free bonus- (also find something that you could giweaway, but not to canibalize yourself)) NOTE TO VIDEO - Since is Tokio for place of event, and targeted peoples are Japaneese, there would be few rules in behavior while presenting video, since they have very specific culture, based on bushido codex - Step 2 would be paid advertising on facebook and “free advertising” on instagram via hashtags. As for facebook (depending from budget), i would make few campaigns targeting Tokio and 100-150km radius, with interests related to personal develpoment and target also followers of popular “online guruu’s” and enterpreneurs - Google adds would be something that I prefer to include also, since still a lot of profit comes from there - Retargeting people who subscribed to free webinar is also a must - Aftere analysing data from adds and number of subscriptions, then I would know how much people would attend and is number of 100 reached. I am a very fast learner so if you have any processes that is out of the ordinary, I assure you that I can learn that fast! About the first project, looking a space for you in Tokyo, Japan, would be the easy side.
