Community Webdesign

We are looking for a someone with great expertise to create a webdesign for our community. The community will be game related (computer games) so some experience and knowledge with games is recommended. All graphics for the community will be made by you and your company and we will not start developing the community until the webdesign is complete. The payment will be made as soon as you are done. However if we find small things within the design that need to be changed/added during our development you will have to do these without any additional payment. You must have knowledge how to make a design optimized for the web for fast loading. The design will be delivered with the development files so we or another company can do changes in the future (psd for photoshop etc). You will also create our logo. You will need knowledge in: - Photoshop (we do not want the design to be made in any other program) - Flash (We may want a part of the design to be in flash. However we have not decided that yet but we hope we could discuss this with you) All details how we want the design and all other information will be discussed in private. Our budet for the complete webdesign and logo is around $300. With this amount of money we want a company with great knowledge and quality. We expect a great final product within a month of work.
