German (Native or fluent + fluent English) customer representative inbound

We are looking for an (inbound) German speaking candidates who also speaks fluent English. Basically this work is perfect to combine with other work like writing, translation, graphic design, etc . You only have to be online during the hours and pick up the incoming phonecalls, ask the necessary information and put it in the system. Working hours are between 08:00-18:00 NL time from Monday till Friday. Job Duty: You will work for a brand. * Answer incoming calls. * During the call, get all necessary info from caller and put it correctly in the system. * You need to have a good and stable internet connection at home, due to phone/speaking quality whit work. * A good reliable laptop and very important, a quit working area. Qualifications: * Skill qualifications like verbal communication, Phone Skills, Listening, and Data Entry Skills * People skills, informing and customer focus, customer Service * Attention to Detail, Professionalism * Can work on own initiative. * Flexible, reliable and punctual.
