adwords creation

Hi, This is a pretty straightforward/easy job. I expect to do it 'correctly' will take about 10 hours. What it involves is this: a) Using google adwords editor, create 2 ads for about 100 software products I have. I want two ads for split testing, so there should be slight variations in the ads. (So roughly 10 ad groups/hour). b) Use the google keyword tool to find 'appropriate'/'matching' keywords. c) Keywords should be highly targeted to give a high quality score. Hiring Criteria: ------------------ 1. Ideally, you should know what split testing is. If you've read any books on creating google adwords -- please mention whom/which book(s). The strategy I've mentioned above is from a very specific author, if you know who it is - I will be impressed with your bid/much more likely to hire you. 2. If you've done conversion tracking/know how to convert - please give specific examples. 3. As an example of your abilities, take 30 seconds and write a sample ad for an imaginary 'pdf converter' software application. Show me which keywords you'd use, and how you'd write the ad copy. I am looking for someone who knows how to write 'clickable' ad copy, but on target, to get a good quality score. 4. If you can do other ad networks as well, please let me know which one(s). 5. Also - please only native english speakers, or europeans. No east indian bidders, thanks! BONUS: ----------- If done well, I may be able to make this longer term for you, basically to manage this account to get higher conversions/tweak the split testing. It may expand to other sites that I have as well.
