I need an overview or commercially available GPS trackers with battery and 3G/LTE connectivity. You should find supplier+ approximate price @1kpcs for at least 2-3 different trackers. I'm searching for a tracker that: 1. Operates on battery for more than a year 2. GPS is operated whenever the tracked stays stationary for a predefined time and the coordinates are sent to a server 3. Connectivity through 3G or LTE network (in the US) 4. IP67 or better enclosure 5. Mechanically resistant, i.e. can take a few hits every now and then. This will be installed on roll-off container. 6. Commercially available for a reasonable price To filter out bots, please indicate some issue that makes this tracker harder to find than the usual ones. Proposals without this will be dropped.

Hello, I'm still here... you, and I discussed this at length last night, and as I mentioned I have a recommendation from a customer for a device that they use for the same purpose Keep in mid the device uses GSM & GPRS technologies to communicate with the server, shortening and packing the numeric, and binary data into single bytes to conserve power. Greetings, What you are looking for is indeed complex. You can find individual GPS receivers and integrate them with GSM modules and integrate into a IP67 enclosure to achieve what you want as well. So would like to understand better on why do you need an integrated single module solution ? Also the kind of battery life you are expecting requires a huge battery as both GPS and GSM are heavy consumers of battery. So I would say it's not an easy find. May be my bid is sounding like it can't be done - however I can certainly help you achieve your end objective if I can understand better on what you need. The toughest part in your requirement is One year battery life. Very few manufacturers claim this and very few can actually deliver. I have 15 years working exclusively in navigation and tracking technology. I may be able to find your product.
