A5 Leaflet design Double sided

We are looking for a leaflet design. It will be a double sided A5 Leaflet. We need one side for property sales i.e, we are looking for clients who want to sell their homes, therefore need anvery catch, different type from the rest design We need properties which owners wish to rent out, therefore need an ad for this on the reverse of the leaflet. I will provide our company logo and contact details, and can possibly provide some samples of designs from other companies.
