Artist for a new Youtube channel

In the new year I will begin posting videos to a new youtube gaming channel, probably two 'let's plays' a week (those are videos of gameplay with audio commentary) with the intention of expanding over time. When I debut my channel I'd like it to look professional, like some of the youtubers who have been at it for years, and because of that I'm looking to hire an artist now. Before I describe exactly what I need, I should mention that I'm really flexible on the style of art so I'm looking for a creative, inventive artist with a unique style. I'd also like to find someone I can work with for a long time, as I intend to build a following and potentially a career out of this. I plan on playing Minecraft as a cornerstone of my channel, and my other freelancer project is for a 3D Animated intro, so one of the two styles I'm imagining is a 3d render of my minecraft character (basically me in a kilt--[login to view URL]) against backgrounds, and the other--the one I'm most hyped for--would feature a caricature. I'd ideally like to find a talented illustrator to do this work. I'm looking for the following items to be designed. An Avatar: A small square image that can be used on twitter and on youtube, these are often logos, photos of youtubers, etc. Again, I'd either like a 3d render or a hand drawn cartoon. A Banner: Youtube banners have a specific size and are designed in to be viewable on multiple devices, so they need to be designed in a particular way. Stylistically, I'd like a banner with my youtube channel name, my character (either illustrated or in 3d), and hints to the games I'll be playing. I'd also like a theme and colour scheme to carry through all the art. Customizable Thumbnails: These will should be simple templates I can edit, containing my channel name, the name of the game I'm playing, a spot for the episode number, and maybe an episode title. For Minecraft, I think I'd also like an image of my character in a few poses, but I have enough experience with photoshop, blender, and after affects to do this myself if I need to. Again, once I've found an artist to do this work for me, I'll likely continue to use that artist, and as soon as its worth something, I'd gladly credit an artist on my channel as part of the compensation or a bonus.
