Graphic Artist Expert Photo Manipulation Needed

I am looking for a professional Graphics designer that is an expert at layout and photo manipulation. You must be an expert in Photoshop, and another Layout program like Illustrator, Quark, or indesign. In this project, I will require 2 slides created for my website. Dimensions will be 1680 x 400. Graphic designer must provide their portfolio and must show professional print ad designs they have created. I am a member to this site, so I have full access to the source files. Majority of the work is completed with this tutorials. Slide 1: Lighting Effect In this slide, I will have a Pile of computers, or a trash can filled with computers. I would like someone to tweak the layout so it fits the dimensions I need, I will need Someone to add the computer pile to the picture so it looks realistic. I would like the lighting effect to show on the computers, and the other lighting effect display on the Headline text. I will provide the headline text when choosing the winner. I am thinking of the text I will need created into grass. I may need it to say RECYCLE. I will then need standard text that will have the headline text laid out into the page.
