Landing page will be a simplified map with different areas displayed, when an area is selected, listings that fits in the geographic coordinate of that area will be displayed. Each listing will come up as a light box with data boxes prompting user to contact realtor, as well as a favourite icon for user to highlight listings and email selections to themselves. Other pages include: featured listings of youtube videos, information for buyers, information for sellers, an activity calendar and FAQ, all of them to have data boxes prompting user to contact realtor. Photo slider format on landing page for user to go from map page to featured listings page to for buyers page and so on........SEO needed. *Conceptual drawings available. *Map areas drawn and map specialist available to be hired. *Website development was in progress. Programmer seized communication and thus need to hire a new developer to restart project. *Website graphic design needs to be modern and appealing. Minimal text and lots of vector icons. Layered semi-transparent text on pictured background ideal. I will pay CREA DDF integration fee of $450. Map cartographer is available for hire $250 or you may use your own.
