Build a new Wordpress site for a wedding video and photography company

My name is Churchill, owner and creative principle of Churchill Hang Films . We are expanding our business and changing our name and with that needs a new website. I am looking for a amazing web developer who can put together a custom designed and developed website for us. I've bought the new domain name already and it's park/hosted with GatorHost. As of right now it's just a generic wordpress template that's installed on there. When the new website goes live we will need a simple redirect from the old site to the new one. Some key word or phrases to describe the branding of our company: -approachable -friendly -polished but not unattainably prestigious/pretentious -warm -inviting -interactive -exciting -innovative -intuitive As I mentioned we are wedding video and photography company so being able to have both types of media on the website is necessary. Paper Crane Productions([login to view URL]) does a great job on the framework of their over all site. I would like the our "home page" to have two large images "Cinematic Films"(Videography) on top and "Cinematic Stills" on bottom, a lot like how this template([login to view URL]) has it done. Selecting one or the other will take them to their respective portfolio page. I would like our logo to be placed on the top left, menu bar at the top centered, and social media buttons on the top right as well. Hovering over each of the menu categories would reveal a drop down sub-menu. Note I do not want another menu to show up above the logo as how the template does it, top centered and bottom centered should be sufficient. Always on top of both categories (photo & video) will be a feature showreel of our service(video). I would like the portfolio pages to each category (Video and Photo) to move and behave a lot like how paper crane productions does their home page. When clicked into the a portfolio I would like to be able to display the video on top of the entry description. If it is a photography entry then one main image on top and various one below a lot like this entry from Paper Crane([login to view URL]). Scale ratio and dimension should not be locked to one and should be able keep it's original dimensions (note the images on the paper cane photo entries [login to view URL] ) The "Meet the Team" page would have a large full width picture of everybody. Above the photo will have a description of the company" Hovering over one person or another will have create a "lightbox" to appear with a headshot and little q&a about them. "Contact Us" & "FAQ" page is simple...possibly a map of our studio. Any photo will have a Pintrest "pin it" when hovered over. Also a quick tweet button and Facebook share button on every portfolio entry. Also all of my video are hosted with Vimeo so embedding would be necessary. Also a quick and responsive website is always preferred. Well that kind of sums up everything I am looking for in our website. I don't know if a lot of these special interactive request are plug in's or does someone hire a developer for each page? I am the last person to know what it takes to create something like I just requested, i just have a vision. I appreciate you taking the time again.
