Mikrotik Hotspot Responsive Custom login page

We are running some new projects using Mikrotik Routers for hotspot development and we are using them for large-scale WiFi networks. We are looking for someone that could develop a custom .html site of multiple pages (same design, different content, no more than 5). 1) Login page includes: - Username & Password fields - Submit button - An additional button with custom php code which we will provide - Space that could easily be used as ad space (we would only have to change the respective image) - One or Two links (terms & conditions, company website) - One or two logos 2) The other pages will be based upon the main login page but we will provide the content. If we move forward into a cooperation we shall provide you with respective example pages and all necessary information. Please, make sure you OWN CC3 and HTML5, we really need to make our clients say WOW! everytime they see our page.
