Ongoing work: Build websites / fix client issues / support clients

Hello, I have a very small marketing firm and am looking for some ongoing support with my clients to offload web, ecommerce and graphics. Most of my sites are built in Wordpress, but I do have some ecommerce clients as well using Shopify and Opencart. I am looking for someone to do about 5-10 hours a week with the following responsibilities as needed: -Setup optimized hosting environment, cpanel, and email using Hostgator reseller dashboard -Migrate Wordpress sites, forward domains, setup CDN, setup Google Analytics, Google feeds, etc for new clients -Optimize images, sitemaps, SEO plugins, CSS and other elements on existing client sites -Fix CSS, browser compatibility, plugin issues, broken links or other issues with existing sites -Resize images for sliders, carousels, or other on-page elements -Recommend replacement code, plugins or other elements to help with site optimization I will also be looking for people who understand design and can possibly even handle customizing purchased or custom Wordpress templates, graphic design and frameworks. Chosen individual will have additional work if this is in their knowledge base. Work may be sporadic at times, but want someone reliable, OK with using skype chat and email to communicate. Will prioritize my projects or give realistic delivery dates when busy. Rate will need to be competitive with ability to quote larger projects (time, materials and or project based quotes). Must have Wordpress/CSS expertise and ecommerce expertise. Also, if client can help with referrals and lead generation, I will pay % of business for this support. (For examples, web designers with clients needing marketing strategy, social media, SEO, public relations, etc I will pay them for referrals in addition to above design work)
