Web design for pets

A good website designed is required for an easy job. It's a site based on a pet tracking system (this part is already being worked out by me) and I need someone really good that makes the following sections: - HOME: Simple home section. I want a design very similar to this site: [login to view URL] - BUY: A form where customer writes Name, Email, Phone and Commets. - CONTACT: A contact form, similar to BUY section * LOGIN FORM: This is the part where the customer who already bought the product, can login and so I grant them access to the map. I have already designed the databases so everything I need is a simple Login form with an excellent design. This is not a section, just a form which pop ups from the main home site. * The design of the website has to be proffessional * The website has to be cool, fancy and modern, with nice effects and animations. * The website must be responsive so anyone could use it just fine in any cell phone or tablet. * Everything in the site, including background, text style, buttons and effects must be taken care professionally. The person chosen must be honest, hard working and communicative. There will be constant feedback from my side and I will ask to change things until I'm done and satisfied with the design. I pay everything when the site is completelly finished and the source code is handled, using a secure method so both parts don't have a risk. Budget for this project: USD 150. Any higher offer will be ignored.
