Multi-page web site for Motivational Speaker

Our client, a motivational speaker, has asked us to find a web designer who can create a custom site with a "non-conforming" look. He wants a design that is markedly different from other sites, but that still looks professional and sleek. Please see the attached file for detailed specifications.
