We are a scandinavian software company looking for a talented Graphics, UI and UX Designer to be a part of our software development team. We are on the look-out for a Designer who is not afraid of working on both mobile apps, tablets and web and, at the same time, would be inspired by being a part of a strong team and putting design on the agenda. You will be working closely with the CTO and our development team, and your role will entail anything from creating amazing graphics and marketing materials to scoping and driving innovation projects, as well as doing user involvement when needed. We are looking for an experienced profile who has experience with working with developers and has a strong passion for design and seeing your work being used by millions of people. We're upgrading our online service, with a new web 2.0 version as well as developing iOS and Android apps, that you will be responsible for designing from ground up and having great influence on. If you have a unique combination of the following four skills, we cannot wait to hear from you: GRAPHIC DESIGN You are strong in Photoshop and/or Illustrator and know how to do pixel perfect illustrations but can also quickly create something used for illustrating the direction of the work. You know what looks amazing and can transform a task into beautiful graphics for both web and devices. USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN ON WEB You can create wireframes and are able to build small mock-ups. You know what can be done on the web and what is working in relation to users and what is good WEB 2.0 practice and dont's and do's. USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN ON DEVICES You know how to create design flows for apps and at the same time you are able to translate fixed design guidelines into new and innovative ideas. CONCEPT CREATING You know how to synthesize consumer needs, insights and trends into concepts and be well experienced in the use of systematic and creative ideation methods. You are able to think out of the box and are not afraid of trying something new and crazy in this stage of the design phase.
