E-currency exchange site

E-currency includes webmoney, perfectmoney, bitcoin....similar to paypal. People load balance into these account to spend online. My task is to act as middle man to buy and sell e-currency. In the end, I charge 2-3% fees upon payments. I need a functional and scalable website for that business.

I was struggling make a site myself. First, I used wordpress blog with good theme. The order is processed using Form plugin, then info about orders are sent to email to proceed manually. Its working well but exhausting. I need a better CMS to manage orders, customers, emails, prices, payment methods... Plus I was lacking a very important factor that is the fee calculator. I was thinking about useing a shopping cart system that can cater my need. Prestashop has sale management interface at least which makes order and customers management super easy. Plus it can limit payment method by country location. This seems to be great as I do not need to sort out respond email to different customers in the world. But I think I would better seek help from professional here first. Those are ideas so you can grab what I am expecting, I tried both ways and couldn't work it out. A shop never works, a WP blog with plugins is not enough.

In short, WHat I need is an online shop that is kind of a shopping cart but with specialized in financial service.

1. Registeration to take customer Info: Name, address, bank details, payment number....

Member's area just like any other shop that they can manage profile, payment on file, verification center, level or group of user that grants them better price, more payment method. This feature Prestashop works well here. I want to implement phone verification service when customer register. Prestashop has an addon for this as well. Its connected to phone service provider. You can try other provider if you wish.

2. Order management, just like any shop. However, its not needed to ship things, so its' like a more simple system

2a. Inventory management, ecurrency supplies are limited, I can't take "pre-order"

3. Customer management, grading user, discount for group, payment method limitation for group...

4. Affiliate management and member's affiliate link generator, tracking...

5. Various payment methods and fees, applies to difference countries, customer.

6. Support ticket or contact form at least, display chat Id, phone number on top right.

7. Auto translate, localization...This is needed for complex payment option.

8. Coupon: 1 time use, coupon with expire date...etc.., cart discount system, Eg over 10000$ auto minus few pip off the price. Auto coupon delivery, its like setting newsletter to be sent by interval of few days..

9. An Ajex enabled order form with "country" field locked, fee calculator. I could get a WP plugin to work but couldn't find a way for prestashop.

10. Design and complete the shop for me as I do not have the ability to do so. I don't need superb quality, just copy somewhere whatever think its beatiful and neat. In conclusion, I need a modified prestashop, or a features-added WP site. or any other method, software you see fit. Please give brief plan what you plan to do. You can draw a bit the front page, link to a similar site, or link to your previously built site for me to refer. Please note that I wish to have the flexibility and scalability. New ecurrency can be added, old one can be deleted, new payment method can be added, price can be changed, some ecurrency can be temporary disabled for trading. I wish to be able to edit those and not to destroy the layout or the code.

I'm looking to deal with a group or a company because I will need more similar sites in this busienss, some modification as well. I wish to keep in touch with stable business man.
