Hi, I am an IT professional with 15 years experience in the industry, working for large institutions in Europe and Australia. I am launching a business to focus on selling Home Theatre and Media Centre concepts, systems and products. Initially this will comprise HTPC and media centre but will progress in to network solutions and consulting. I have built a preliminary Wordpress website using the limited time and knowledge I have with web development. I would now like to employ an experienced developer to complete the site and deliver a professional portal that sells our concept and products in Australia This will be implemented in 3 areas. An overview is below 1) General look and feel, layout, colours, and graphic design- tidy all the current pages, text, colour, formatting, image sizing, portfolio, format for iphone, source and replace temporary images for contemporary ones that express the vision. It will be your role to suggest how we achieve our vision through our site. You are the professional developer and we expect you to guide us and lead the project 2) Implement a Woocommerce store which will sell around 20 products initially. This will include creating pages, getting the formatting/template/colours correct, checkout, cart etc 3) Setup a user support forum/bbpress Regards time frame expectations. The first section, general review of the initial content is the most important short term. Once we have this I can begin a marketing campaign while we build the Woocommerc portal. Attached is a company and website brief providing more detail on who we are, what we do and what we want. At absolute minimum you must have the following abilities: - Excellent, professional skills and experience developing wordpress sites with woocomerce shopping portal - knowledge/experience with IT/tech/cloud projects and stores.
