2D animated videos for Facebook commercials

Hi all
We are newly started company providing price comparison services for groceries with the aim to save people time and money when they do their shopping online.
We are about to start our first facebook campaign and are looking to build a set of 2d animated videos that we can test with our users.
We are hence looking for an expert within the field, who can help us design these videos. A lot of this work is likely to be on a shared screen, so we can co-create the content. Ideally, we would find a partner, which we can work with the next 3-4 months as we build our marketing footprint. As we are living in Denmark, most interaction would in the time 9. AM to 4 PM CET.
