We're an AI, ML firm with the goal of extracting value out of conversations. We have an immediate need to build an Annotation Service that will take unstructured conversations and allow us to add structure to them. We have user stories and a development team, but need a UI/UX Designer to review our workflow and user stories and build wireframes and mockups our developers can develop from. The immediate need is to build a browser-based Annotation tool that will load conversations between agents and customers in text format (CSV - Comma Separated Format) and allow Data Annotators to apply structure to the conversation by visually reviewing and applying annotations to the conversation with a visual Annotation tool. This process has been manual to date. We have developed many user stories that detail the value we want to deliver to the Data Annotator, but we need a UI/UX Designer to build wireframes and mockups that support the stories we've written so that the developers can implement the stories.
