3 awesome illustrations for a cool puzzle game

I'm looking for a talented illustrator and/or street/grafitti artist to create three awsome illustrations for a 3D puzzle game that I am creating. The primary target group for the game is boys aged 10-14 yrs. The game will contain three categories of puzzles based on their level difficulty: medium, hard, and expert. I need an illustration for each of these three categories that somehow reflect how difficult the puzzle is. For example, the medium puzzles could feature illustration of a cool character of sorts (a person or even an animal) that lifts a relatively light dumbbell. You can tell from the expression of the character that the dumbbell is not too difficult to lift but still requires some strength. The hard puzzles could feature an illustration of the character lifting a two dumbbells, much heavier, and you can tell from the expression that this is significantly harder. Maybe the character is sweating or puffing. And finally the expert illustration could then feature the same character again lifting a really heavy barbell. Now the character is totally red in the face and sweating a lot. This is seriously hard. Please note, the illustrations doesn't have to be of a character lifting a barbell. It could be something else entirely. But the important thing is that you can tell from the visual that whatever the character is doing is first relatively easy (but not simple), harder, and then really hard. However, it is a must that all three illustrations feature the same character. And it should be easy to tell the illustrations from one another, not only by the motif itself and the character but also by the choice of colours. It would be cool of the illustrations have a kind of grafitti touch or look to it, but it is not a definite must.
The final illustrations will have to fit on a puzzle that measures 64x57mm (w/h) so the level of detail have to fit accordingly. I have attached some visual references with illustrations that match the type of style and look I am looking for (tone of voice NOT the illustration itself). The illustrations cannot contain any kind of profanity, religious symbols, or anything offensive (obviously) or infringe any copyrights. When submitting your quote it would be a huge advantage if you could describe in a few words what type of visuals you have in mind or maybe even provide a quick and rough pencil illustration.
