& build a new website and branding (logo design and color shifts).

Hi all and thank you for looking. Please ensure you read this in full before bidding or it will create issues later on in the process. I would like a completely new look for my website. This is to be an online shop for my patients to buy eye glasses and lenses so this must look fashionable and clinical! This really does have to look perfect. I have reference sites that I would like you to completely copy in the best way that you can with the template you use, in wordpress or which ever you feel is best. We have the hosting and everything already set up. With regard to stock, I will need you to copy the stock from the reference sites with ALL details and images. I need each item of stock to have as many images as possible in VERY high quality. I realize that some of the functions in the reference site will not be available within my budget but we will add these as time goes on and budget improves. When I say branding and logo design, I would like you to use your creative mind to design a new logo and help me market the company in a new way. The site is to be linked to our paypal and the customer must be able to buy the product online in the easiest way possible! The reference site will be the way to achieve/copy this. The site/stock are to be completely SEO ready and is to rank with Google ASAP. We will then create an ad words campaign. I need this site to work in exactly the same way as the reference site but look like us. We have a strict time frame to get this site live. We also have a strict budget that we need to stick too. But there will be ongoing work for the person who pleases us the most. No, the money part! We have been burned before on here and we WILL NOT release any money from our account department until the site is completed, finished and transferred over to our domain. This is COMPLETELY NON NEGOTIABLE. So, in order to be paid, it would be ideal to finish this as quickly as possible. We are giving a time limit of one week for the entire process to be completed and finished. Then and only then will a payment be made to you from OUR accounts department. I cannot be more clear on this. Please do not ask us to change this. We will not. Once again, the site is to be completely finished and we are to be happy with it before we complete payment.
