Build an Online Cemetery Style Website

I am fed up with freelancers bidding for my projects without reading them first – so I will delete all bids that do not start with the word “Sunshine”. That is to say, that If I had bought plots for Rod, Jane and Freddie, a search for Jane would take me to  [login to view URL] or perhaps [login to view URL] or something like that, a page specifically about Jane, a page that can be bookmarked. Rod and Freddie would also have their own pages.  Using stock videos as suggested in email thread prior to proposal, I will license these and provide the videos.  The site to be responsive design to work in mobile devices such as tablets, iPhone and Android phones, mobile friendly interface and ensure the website is search engine friendly.  Optimisation of web pages for search marketing  Content Management System using WordPress, with full training for in house website management.  Set up of website and email hosting on your domain name so can be accessed to send and receive emails by smart mobile, webmail and computers.  Using plugins to prevent spam, create and manage galleries, password protected area and allow garden to be shared on social media.  Creation of new site on password protected development URL so you can review progress at all times, before site goes live.  To complete this job, the freelancer will be provided with the following: 1) FTP Access to the temporary URL  2) WordPress Access – Basic Wordpress install only so far, no configuration done as yet.  3) ExtendCP Access  4) Access to me via Freelancer, Skype and Email. I will be the project manager and will route all emails from the client to help you get feedback, etc.  Payment in 3 milestones payable at: 1) design all done 2) Ecommerce integrated 3) Site set live at the URL for all to see, made public.  Website design to facilitate site growth, with room for further navigation links and buttons to grow the site.  This is a subcontract project for an established and local client, and I need your support to get this completed. I can provide the video and the married sound, so you need to do the site. This project has received the go ahead and we need only hear from bidders that can start and show progress this week.
